Paul’s Letter to Philemon

This letter is probably the most situation-specific letter in the New Testament. It constitutes Paul's plea fo his wealthy friend and spiritual brother, Philemon, to receive back his runaway slave, Onesimus. Since he ran away, Onesimus has met Paul and been converted to the gospel. The letter teaches important principles of fellowship, reconcilliation and forgiveness, as well as being an exercise in diplomacy!
